Inviting Others to Follow Jesus

Backstory

While the plight of the Nuba people has been largely hidden from the West, it has not been hidden from God. There is an unmistakable spirit of revival and renewal in the region. Many have come to Christian faith, in some cases risking their lives as they come to Jesus and turn their backs on an Islamic faith that had fueled ethnic division and oppression of non-Arabic people for over 60 years.

Goals

  • Financial support for indigenous evangelists to work across the region
  • Sponsor evangelistic gatherings and training sessions for Churches to receive and nurture new disciples
  • Purchase motorcycles for transport and sound equipment for large gatherings
  • Provide access to resources for distributing the Story of the Bible across the Nuba Mountains.
